Our client is an international law firm. They have an office in Bangkok with 20 people (20 workstations, 10 laptops, scanner and telephone system), an office in Hong Kong with 5 people and an office in Ho Chi Min City with 5 people. They are looking for potential candidate who will take care of their server, workstations, laptops, telephone system, hand hold telephones and further administration functions.

Qualification: |
? Male / Female, Thai nationality, Age 27 – 45 years old.
? Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
? Having minimum 5 years experience in this field.
? Technical knowledge of HTML, computer hardware, Software, Networking, Remote Assistance, Microsoft Office Suite and OS(Windows 2003 and Windows XP)
? Good Command in English.
? Self Motivated.
? Improve something for the best interest of the company
? Salary, minimum 50K or over depends on experience.

Responsibilities: |
IT Support Role: • Company Management System Development, Design – Web base application and tools. • Installing and configuring computer system. • Monitoring & maintain computer systems and networks. • Talking staff / clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone. • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults. • Finding solutions to problems is it through creating a desktop shortcut or fixing a major fault on the operating system. • Running network applications to support systems and users. • Updating some of brochures and newsletters • Making invoice via a standardized simple software and send them out to clients. • Sending out newsletters to approximate 8,000 recipients. • Purchas IT equipments and services • Supervise and coordinate with external IT officer to solve all IT issues for Bangkok office and overseas branches.
Administration Role: • Organize Office maid, messengers and driver to work efficiency. • Taking care of staff contracts and handles some HR functions (Pre-screen candidates, Pre-Interview via telephone). • Office Purchasing (searching suppliers and compare quotations). • Making monthly invoices charge to clients. • Check and provide enough office supply and stationary (letterhead, envelopes and name cards). • Handle all special required tasks that have been assigned from management level. • General secretarial (arrange meeting, draft memo, translate document, etc.)
