• Male or Female, age minimum 25 years old.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, IT, Engineering or related field would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment with strong sales and marketing in recruitment industry process.
• Able to work independently as well as in teams.
• Service minded with good coordination skills.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• High motivation.
• Good command of English.
• Confident in initiating contact with prospective clients, candidates and business alliance.

• Fully understand client’s requirement and client’s business.
• Searching, screening, interview and evaluate candidates.
• Introduce job opportunities to candidates.
• Liaise with client and candidate on the interview schedule and feedback from both parties after the interview.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales target.
• Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training
  requirements and career opportunities.
